The most rewarding thing about being a wellness coach and yoga instructor is that I get to help both woman and men from different backgrounds improve their lives and achieve lasting results with their health and happiness.


Levels of stress, food related diseases, and depression are higher than ever. It is my passion to help people reach their full potential and create the life of their dreams by cultivating awareness, care of self, balance, mindfulness and stress reduction.


When you have awareness, you have choices to make the change you want in your life.  When you nourish yourself, you can experience a sense of fulfillment and start to grow and flourish. When you have balance, the extremities of diseases and imbalance are likely to subside. When you learn mindfulness, you can learn to deal with anything that comes your way, and when you know how to deal with stress, you can start flourishing into the best version of yourself.  


What sets me apart from anyone else is that I have the educational background and personal experience of transforming my own life.


I have merged 3 different services that really work together in achieving’s one goals.


Through my one-on-one coaching, I give personal support and guidance to discover what’s right for you and also to find that optimal diet and lifestyle choice that meets your needs. Accountability is key, which is something that most people seek along with motivation. I am here to keep you accountable and motivated towards your fitness goals.


Through yoga and meditation, I help people cultivate self-awareness, care of self, balance, mindfulness, and stress reduction. Through pranic healing, I facilitate the transformation by clearing any blockages whether it be physical or emotional that is keeping you from moving forward.


What makes my program unique is that I integrate different techniques and tools into designing the perfect program for you. We are all unique individuals, so I specialize and educate on stress management, healthy eating, cravings, natural remedies, work/life balance, relationship, physical fitness, yoga, meditation and improving the client's overall lifestyle .


 I believe true freedom is the ability to be your full self at all times, know who you are and what you want, being able to express your gifts to the world and cope with changes in a positive way. I think the most powerful thing you can ever receive are the tools to deal with anything that comes your way and not depend on anything or anyone else. It’s about you feeling good and having the power to create that change you want. I can provide all those tools.
